Among the dead also: Essam Al-Daalis, Head of Hamas’ Government Follow-up Committee, Ahmed Al-Hatta, Undersecretary of the Hamas-run Ministry of Justice, Mahmoud Abu Watfa, undersecretary of the Interior Ministry, and Bahjat Abu Sultan, director general of the internal security service.

Hamas mourned the losses, calling them “symbols of national action”, as Israel intensifies its campaign targeting the group’s leadership.

🚨ISRAELI STRIKES KILL 400+ IN GAZA AS CEASEFIRE NEARS TOTAL COLLAPSE—HAMAS SAYS TRUCE IN JEOPARDY

Israel launched its deadliest assault since January’s ceasefire, killing 404 Palestinians—many children—amid stalled hostage talks, according to Gaza’s health ministry.

Airstrikes hit homes and refugee camps from north to south Gaza, as Israeli tanks shelled Rafah and forced evacuations.

Israel vowed to “expand the campaign” until Hamas releases 59 remaining hostages. Among the dead: senior Hamas leaders and their families.

The U.S. confirmed Israel consulted Washington before the strikes. Meanwhile, the UN warned this new assault will worsen Gaza’s humanitarian catastrophe.

Moscow expressed deep concern after Israel renewed its airstrikes on Gaza, ending a two-month ceasefire.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov:

“The aggravation of the situation, another spiral of escalation, this is creating concern for us.”
