NEW HIGH-SPEED PARIS-BERLIN TRAIN LAUNCHING IN DECEMBER

A new high-speed train linking Paris and Berlin will debut in December, offering an 8-hour journey between the 2 capitals.

Operated by SNCF and Deutsche Bahn, the daytime service will run between Paris Gare de L’Est and Berlin Hauptbahnhof, with stops in Strasbourg, Karlsruhe, and Frankfurt Süd.

Fares start at €59, and reservations open on October 16.

This new route complements the existing night train service, which has faced recent technical setbacks.

The addition aims to provide a more reliable, eco-friendly alternative to flying.
