🚨🇵🇰PAKISTAN’S IMRAN KHAN INDICTED FOR INCITING ATTACKS AGAINST MILITARY

Former Pakistani PM Imran Khan was indicted on terrorism charges today, accused of inciting deadly attacks on military buildings during May 2023 protests against his arrest. The violence left 8 dead and marked an unprecedented challenge to Pakistan’s powerful military.

Khan, who denies the charges, pleaded not guilty in an anti-terrorism court. His party, PTI, called the case “political victimization” and vowed to challenge the indictment.

The 72-year-old, in jail since last year, faces multiple cases amid claims by PTI that the military is behind efforts to sideline him politically—an allegation the army denies.

Adding to the drama, arrest warrants were issued for Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, after she led a protest march and failed to appear in a graft case.
