Zelensky stated that Ukraine’s plan for victory hinges on swift decisions by allies, particularly the U.S., during a press conference with EU Commission President in Kyiv.

The proposed multi-billion EU loan would fund air defense, energy, and domestic weapons.

Zelensky will discuss key aspects of the plan with Biden during his upcoming U.S. visit.

And now comes the funding.

We have provided at least €2,000,000,000 to Ukraine’s energy security so far.”
