After confirming that France had stopped supplying Israel with weapons, he called on other countries to follow suit to force a diplomatic solution to the conflict in the region:

“I think that today, the priority is that we return to a political solution, that we stop delivering weapons to fight in Gaza.”

EMIRATES AIRLINES BANS PAGERS AND WALKIE-TALKIES

The decision was made based on last month’s attacks on Hezbollah involving communication devices that exploded.

Emirates:

“All passengers traveling to, from, or via Dubai are prohibited from transporting pagers and walkie-talkies in checked or cabin baggage.”

IRAN DENIES REPORTS OF DEATH OF SENIOR COMMANDER

Iranian state media said that Ismail Qaani, a Brigadier General in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and commander of its Quds Force, was not killed in an Israeli airstrike in Beirut.

Qaani is the successor to Qasem Soleimani, who was killed by the U.S in 2020.
