Ukrainian troops have carved out territory within Russia, gaining up to 2 kilometers on Wednesday alone.

The Ukrainian offensive, which has taken control of key areas including the town of Sudzha, has forced the evacuation of nearly 200,000 Russians and created a “real dilemma” for Putin, according to Biden.
