Back in 1994, Ukraine handed over the THIRD-LARGEST nuclear arsenal in the world—yes, bigger than China’s—after the fall of the Soviet Union.

They gave up 1,900 warheads under the Budapest Memorandum, trusting the U.S., UK, and Russia to “guarantee their security.”

Fast forward to 2024: Ukraine is in a brutal war with Russia, and those so-called “security assurances” turned out to be worth less than Monopoly money.

Now, Biden officials are reportedly floating the idea of giving nuclear weapons back to Ukraine. Y

ou read that right: nukes in Ukraine—again.

Because why not throw gasoline on the fire?

Fun fact: Ukraine could technically make its own nukes if it wanted to.

They’ve still allegedly got the brains, tech, and know-how to rejoin the nuclear club.

But does the world REALLY need more nukes in the mix?
