– Formulate and implement regulations to ensure the job security of seasonal teachers (EVs).
– Establish clear policies to govern the functioning and administration of Seasonal Schools.

2. **Job Security for Teachers:**
– Provide job security for seasonal teachers to enhance their commitment and morale.

3. **Students’ Enrollment Rights:**
– Guarantee the enrollment rights of students to ensure they receive uninterrupted education.
4. **Salaries as per UT Administration Norms:**

– Ensure salaries of seasonal teachers are aligned with the standards set by the UT administration.

5. **Transparency and Accountability:**
– Promote transparency and accountability within the education system to build trust and efficiency.

6. **Special Classroom for Migratory Students:**
– Establish special classrooms at Dhoks through tourism promotion to attract migratory students, fostering their mental health and providing real-time education.

7. **Solar Lights Program:**
– Implement solar light programs at Seasonal School Centers to provide a sustainable energy source and improve learning conditions.

8. **Healthcare for Tribal Communities:**
– Ensure healthcare facilities are available for tribal communities associated with Seasonal Schools.

9. **Appreciation and Recognition:**
– Recognize and appreciate the efforts of seasonal teachers (EVs) to motivate and honor their contributions.

**Collaborative Efforts:**
– Collaboration between the Education Department, Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development, and the Tribal Department of Jammu and Kashmir is essential to develop a comprehensive plan that addresses the needs of seasonal schools and their stakeholders.

**Benefits of the Proposal:**
– **Education for Tribal Students:** Ensure education reaches tribal students and those residing in remote, hilly areas for six months.
