The US, father of carnage & war crazy : Israel is seeking to establish “peace” through destruction and genocide

With the publication of declarations like Carter Doctrine in 1980, the United States showed to the world that it is eagerly ready to defend its “Vital Interests” (such as fossil fuels) in West Asia region.

These days, while witnessing the latest round of destructive and futile attacks of the US to force the regional countries and different institutions to submit mainly through continuous air raids, we should not forget the importance of oil as it causes the engines of industry and war to move to devastate countries.

Just now, the world is witness to another war and bombardment by the US as the latest case of a series of bombardments which seem very predictable (and of course useless). The aim? Giving admonishment to groups in the region whose activities are not liked by America! So that they will no more disturb the American sleeping dog! This is their belief: You kill three of our soldier and we will kill scores, hundreds and even thousands of you (and there is no difference whether they are military or not), we will kill simply because we can!

The American leaders, with a powerful air force to murder humans, have regularly shown how strongly eager they are to apply it to bomb their enemies. And you should not think even for a moment that, with resorting to the international rules, humanitarian declarations or opposition of anti-war activists, you may stop the operation to be killed! No, America bombards because it believes in the effectiveness of violence. Nevertheless, in the imagination of the Americans, to destroy men kilometers away is the sign of their power. But, conversely, it shows their weakness. With an insatiable hunger for power, more profit and destruction, they seek to improve and spread their weapons factories. They are defeated again and again in West Asia, but they cannot issue the order for stopping of more bombardment, more drone attacks and more carnage.

Perhaps one can say that no technology is as American as making of bombs and bombers! And no doctrine is as American as the insistence on achievement of “peace” via warmongering! During WWII and the wars after it, the main US approach can be briefed in six words: mass production aimed at mass carnage. No country in the world has spent its huge resources and air force for mass destruction as much as the US has. Look at the widespread bombardments of the cities of Nazi Germany and those of the Japanese empire during the Second World War which ended in the atomic bombardment of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Let us not forget the destruction of North Korea in the two Korean wars in early 1950s or the widespread bombardment of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia in 1960s and early 70s or the wide use of air force in operation “Desert Shield” against Iraq in early 1990s and then the air attack on Afghanistan and Iraq in 2003. Concurrent with writing of this article, another regime is absolutely and exactly taking the US as the role model. Israel is systematically destroying Gaza and basically does not intend to make this city inhabitable for the Palestinians who survive the ongoing violence. Interestingly, in the advent of the Gaza war, the Israeli leaders, in a bid to justify their savage aerial and ground operations against Palestinians, referred to the devastation of the German city of Dresden by the Allied Powers in 1945. During WWII, the Americans and their British allies destroyed the entire German cities in “compound attacks with bombers” and considered all the Germans partners in the crimes of their government and the Nazis; hence, deeming them as their legitimate target. It is exactly what we see in the current rightist Israeli cabinet. Israel considers all Palestinians as the members of Hamas and hence as legitimate war targets. Just like the United States, Israel, too, claims defending democracy with every illegitimate measure. So, it no surprise that Washington is so much inclined in sending of bombs and bullets to Israel as it is seeking to establish “peace” through widespread warmongering, destruction and genocide.

Over 22 years after the suspicious September 11 attacks and the American widespread attacks in West Asia, the US has at least 30 thousand soldiers in the region. There are at least 1 and sometimes 2 aircraft-carriers in the Persian Gulf and this is without taking into account the American bases which are scattered in different regional countries from Kuwait to Bahrain, Qatar and UAE. After years, nearly 900 American marines are still occupying parts of Syria illegally (incidentally where the bulk of the country’s oil is produced) and 2,500 soldiers are deployed in Iraq. Moreover, the US military aids, mainly in the form of lethal weapons, are dispatched, not only to Israel, but to other regional countries such as Egypt and Jordan. The US direct support facilitated the long, destructive and unsuccessful war of Saudi Arabia against Yemen; a war which Washington has continued alone with repeated air raids against Yemenis. Of course, for more than two decades, the whole region has been under the US military pressure with the pretext of what it calls as “War on Terror” whereas it rapidly turned into war of terror (and torture).

Let us not forget that the US attack on Iraq in 2003 led to killing of approximately one million Iraqis and homelessness of millions of others. Just as the Crusades of Catholics during the Middle Ages were not completely related to religion, today’s US version, too, is not motivated only by enmity against Muslims. What wages these wars is to a great extent related to avarice, sense of revenge and the Americans’ insistence on satisfying and empowerment of weapons manufacturing industry. However, as it was true during the post-September 11 years and it is still true, the Americans generally like to see the measures of their country as merely defensive matters.

George W. Bush had once said that the US is hated because of its “freedoms”. Here it should be said that these “freedoms” are not the ones which have been ratified in the Constitution and the Charter of Rights. The US “freedom” is rather for setting up of military bases all over the world and bombardment of everywhere and “freedom” to participate in violent activities and treating the American soldiers and many foreigners as toy soldiers and things to consume in Washington’s games.
