🚨🇺🇸TEXAS LAUNCHES INVESTIGATION INTO KELLOGG OVER “HEALTHY” CLAIMS ON DYE-FILLED CEREALS

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has opened a probe into WK Kellogg, accusing the company of falsely labeling cereals like Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes as “healthy.”

The state says these products contain petroleum-based artificial dyes linked to hyperactivity and obesity—chemicals Kellogg has already removed from products in Canada and Europe, but not in the U.S.

“In no world should foods that include these dyes be advertised as healthy.”

The investigation could shake up food labeling practices—and hold big brands accountable for double standards in American markets.

Sec Kennedy has reportedly “rattled” executives by demanding proactive solutions to phase out dyes like Red 3, linked to cancer in lab animals…

The FDA already banned Red 3, giving companies until 2027 to comply, but Kennedy aims to go further.

His message is clear: ditch these synthetic additives—or expect a government ban.
