I call on all forces that have joined the conflict zones to comply with the orders of military commanders.

Syria remains one, united from east to west, from north to south.

If a single Syrian province is harmed, all other provinces will rise in its defense.

If any province is even slightly wounded, the entire nation will stand in solidarity to protect its honor and dignity.

To the remnants of the fallen regime—I remind you that we fought you in the battle for liberation, even as you sought to kill us.

Our goal is to rebuild the country you destroyed. We have no desire for your blood.
