Add sugar substitutes like aspartame to the list.

Dementia is actually reversible. There’s a lady that now lives in California who takes a hair sample and tests it for vitamin deficiencies. Then, she does a regimen of vitamins that you need, and voila.

Her patients range from age 18-99, and she has a 100% success rate.

🚨 STUDY: HOVER PARENTING MAY STOP KIDS FROM DRINKING OR DOING DRUGS

Kids whose parents keep a close eye on them are 40% less likely to drink or use drugs because they’re afraid of being caught.

In the study, which surveyed over 4,500 teens, only 3.6% reported alcohol or drug use in the past month when their parents were actively involved in their lives.

Lead researcher William Pelham emphasizes that active, attentive parenting significantly reduces risky behavior.
