🚨🇱🇧LEBANON PLUNGED INTO TOTAL BLACKOUT AFTER STATE POWER PLANT SHUTDOWN

A nationwide blackout was announced on Saturday after the Zahrani Power Plant’s last production unit was forced to shut down due to a complete depletion of gas oil reserves.

The blackout has impacted all Lebanese territories, including critical infrastructure like airports, ports, water systems, and prisons.

State power will be gradually restored once new gas oil supplies are secured, and further updates will be provided to the public.

This issue usually occurs in the peak time during summer in Lebanon.
