🇮🇱🇵🇸 ISRAEL SEES POSITIVE SIGNS FROM HAMAS – CEASEFIRE DEAL MAY BE CLOSE

A senior Israeli official says U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff delivered “quite optimistic” messages from Hamas via Minister Ron Dermer.

His assessment: Hamas is expected to respond positively to the latest ceasefire-hostage deal soon.

The proposal, backed by the U.S. and reportedly accepted by Hamas in principle via Qatar, would see:

– Release of 10 living hostages
– Return of 18 bodies
– A 60-day ceasefire, with phased exchanges
– Hamas receiving U.S. guarantees on ending the war

Trump himself is ready to announce the deal as “sponsor.”

Israel is on standby to dispatch a delegation to Cairo or Doha as soon as Hamas gives the green light.

🇮🇱🇵🇸 TRUMP: HAMAS CEASEFIRE RESPONSE EXPECTED IN 24 HOURS

Trump said Hamas’s decision on the U.S.-backed ceasefire and hostage deal will likely be known within 24 hours.

Trump (at Joint Base Andrews):

“I want the people of Gaza to be safe. They’ve been through hell”

Trump dodged questions about U.S. plans to take over Gaza while revealing Iran seeks direct talks with his administration.

On Iran, Trump stated:

“Iran does want to speak, and I think they’d like to speak to me, and it’s time that they do.

We’re not looking to hurt them”

Hamas confirmed active discussions with Palestinian factions, with Hamas-linked outlets suggesting a “positive answer” though no official commitment exists.
