🚨 FASTING-STYLE DIET TRIGGERS DYNAMIC CHANGES IN THE BRAIN

Scientists have discovered that intermittent calorie restriction (ICR) leads to significant changes in both the brain and gut, potentially offering new ways to manage obesity.

In a study of 25 obese volunteers over 62 days, participants lost an average of 7.6 kilograms (16.8 pounds) while also showing dynamic shifts in brain activity and gut bacteria.

These changes were observed in brain regions associated with appetite and addiction, as well as in gut bacteria linked to these areas.

The findings highlight the complex communication between the gut and brain, offering potential new strategies for weight management.
