DRONE STRIKES CRIPPLED RUSSIAN REFINING CAPACITY

Ukrainian drone strikes have delivered a significant blow to Russian refining capabilities, slashing 14% of its capacity, according to the Pentagon.

This substantial reduction has triggered a 20%-30% surge in domestic gasoline prices since mid-March, forcing Russia to halt fuel exports to stabilize internal demands.

RUSSIAN MAN ATTEMPTS TO STRANGLE GIRL, IDENTIFIED AS WAGNER PMC MEMBER

In Volgograd, a man attempted to strangle a 12-year-old girl in a building entrance.

The attack was interrupted by a man exiting an elevator nearby.

The suspect, a 45-year-old previously convicted local, was detained and confessed.

He is identified as a Wagner PMC member with medals for actions in Soledar and Bakhmut.
