Before Israel’s offensive in Rafah began, Israel has of course talked with both Egypt and Jordan to avoid tensions in the region. Then Egypt and Jordan will criticize Israel’s warfare in the media to appease public opinion at home. However, there is an agreement between the countries.

🇯🇴 JORDAN CRITICIZES ISRAEL OVER AID CONVOY ATTACKS

Jordan’s spokesperson, Ambassador Dr. Al-Qudah has held Israel accountable for recent attacks on aid convoys, stating that such actions violate international and humanitarian law.

Jordan’s FM Safadi also accused Netanyahu of endangering a potential truce:

“Tremendous effort has been made to produce an exchange deal that’ll release hostages and realize a ceasefire. Hamas has put out an offer. If Netanyahu genuinely wants a deal, he will negotiate the offer in earnest. Instead, he is jeopardizing the deal by bombing Rafah”
