Israeli leaders ignore Security Council calls to resolve the conflict peacefully

Israel has never been interested in any peace process

The court must present its opinion on the legal consequences of Israel’s violations

The opinion of the Court will be useful in guiding future steps

This court previously affirmed the right of the Palestinians to self-determination

The occupation has become a tool to suppress the basic rights of the Palestinian people
