BREAKING: ICJ RULING – ISRAEL HAVE COMMITTED ACTS OF GENOCIDE
“Some allegations against Israel appear to fall under the Genocide Convention. Palestinians appear to be a protected group under the convention.
The statements of a number of Israeli officials, including the statement of Yoav Gallant, who describes the people of Gaza as “human animals.”
These examples are sufficient to indicate that South Africa’s allegations may be substantially realistic.
The court guarantees the right of both parties to submit reports and evidence and to provide reports issued by research and investigation committees.
Based on the reasonable connection between the South African allegations and the evidence presented, the court must consider the South African reports.”
