BREAKING: HAMAS OFFICIAL STATEMENT

“The brother fighter Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of Hamas, and the movement’s leadership delegation met with the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Ibrahim Raisi, this morning in the capital, Tehran.

The Iranian President reaffirmed the Republic and his government’s steadfast, enduring stance alongside the Palestinian people and their brave resistance.

He said: “After Al-Aqsa Flood, the Palestinian cause has transcended all boundaries and become a global cause, with peoples around the world standing with Gaza and the Palestinian people, expressing their solidarity with them in the face of the occupation.”

He considered that the battle of Al-Aqsa Flood inflicted a defeat on the occupation, which has not been able to achieve any of its war goals. Simultaneously, he condemned the war crimes committed by the zionists, pointing out that regardless of the decision of the International Court of Justice, the trial and exposure of the entity’s crimes have been accomplished.

For his part, the head of the movement appreciated the positions of the Islamic Republic of Iran on Palestine and reviewed developments of the aggressive war against Gaza and political efforts to stop the aggression, confirming that the occupation army’s image has been shattered and its true nature revealed without embellishment, experiencing political isolation; the reality of the American stances and their absolute support for the occupation and endorsement of its crimes, including genocide, have been exposed.

He emphasized that the occupation will not be able to impose its equations on the Palestinian people, not through war nor politics, highlighting the necessity for the Islamic world to stand beside patient Gaza, appreciating the stance and support of resistance forces on the front lines. He also reviewed conditions faced by our people in Al-Quds, the West Bank, and all places they are present.”
