“The Israeli response we received does not include a permanent ceasefire or withdrawal from the Gaza Strip. The return of the displaced, according to the Israeli response, is unsafe and takes place through crossings under the bayonets of the occupation.
The occupation requires the return of the displaced to shelter camps and not to their areas and homes.”
