इस्राईल के विमानों ने देर रात फ़िलस्तीन के कई इलाकों पर हवाई हमले किये, ये हमले गाज़ा पट्टी, जेनिन में फ़िलस्तीनी संगठनों के ठिकानों को निशाना बना कर किये गए, इस्राईल के हमलों के बाद फिलस्तीनी संगठनों ने जवाबी कार्यवाही करते हुए इस्राईल के अंदर कई रॉकेट हमले किये, जानकारी के मुताबिक फ़िलस्तीनी संगठनों ने इस्राईल के अशखलौन में गैस स्टेशन को सीधे निशाने पर लिए, इस्राईल का आयरन डॉम डिफेन्स सिस्टम भी फिलस्तीनी रॉकेट के हमलों से बचाव नहीं कर पाया
