According to a U.S. official, North Korean forces participated in clashes on November 4, although no details on casualties were provided.

In an interview with South Korean television, Ukrainian DM Rustem Umerov confirmed the initial engagement with North Korean troops.

Zelensky described the situation as a “new page in global instability,” indicating a potential escalation in the ongoing conflict.
