🚨STUDY: LIMITING SUGAR IN TODDLERS LOWERS ADULT CHRONIC ILLNESS RISKS

Research in Science reveals that cutting sugar in the diets of children under age 2 can significantly reduce their risk of chronic illnesses like type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.

The study, using WWII-era UK data from sugar rationing, found that early sugar restrictions lowered diabetes risk by 35% and hypertension risk by 20%.

Researchers advise parents to swap out sugary drinks, limit treats at home, and model healthier eating habits for long-term health benefits.

🚨🇩🇰NEW “EXERCISE PILL” CLAIMED TO MIMIC RUNNING 10KM

Researchers at Denmark’s Aarhus University have unveiled a new compound, LaKe, that reportedly simulates the effects of a 10km run by triggering a surge in lactate and a rise in ketones.

This could offer benefits like reduced appetite and lower heart disease risk, especially for those unable to exercise.

Experts, however, warn that LaKe is still in early testing and lacks the full range of physical and mental benefits of actual exercise.

While intriguing, this “exercise pill” remains far from a true replacement for physical activity.
