🚨SCIENTISTS DISCOVER DEEP-SEA ‘JELLY’ CREATURES FUSE INTO ‘SINGLE ENTITY’ AFTER INJURY

Researchers have uncovered a bizarre new behavior in comb jellies, revealing that these deep-sea creatures can fuse their bodies, nervous systems, and stomachs after injury.

In a first-of-its-kind discovery, scientists observed comb jellies merging into a single functioning organism when placed together in the lab.

While the fusion is rare in the wild, this unique adaptation allows the creatures to act as one despite having separate DNA.

The findings open new avenues for studying deep-sea life and neural integration.
