🇷🇺 RUSSIA EXPELS UK DEFENCE ATTACHE IN RETALIATION

Russia expelled the UK’s defense attache, A.T. Coghill, in retaliation for London expelling Russia’s defense attache last week.

The UK accused the Russian attache of being “an undeclared military intelligence officer,” a claim Moscow denies.

Russia warned of further measures, calling the UK’s decision “unfriendly” and “anti-Russian.”

Relations are exacerbated as the UK supports Ukraine with significant military aid.
