मुहम्मद ज़ुबैर एक पत्रकार हैं, वो ऑल्ट-न्यूज़ पर फेक न्यूज़ का खुलासा करते हैं, मुहम्मद ज़ुबैर ने ही बीजेपी की प्रवक्ता नूपुर शर्मा का टाइम्स नाउ न्यूज़ चैनल पर रसूल अल्लाह मुहम्मद साहब के सम्बन्ध में किये गए अशोभनीय बयान को ट्विटर पर पोस्ट किया था, इस वीडियो को ट्वीट करने के बाद से ही मुहम्मद ज़ुबैर राष्ट्रवदियों, कट्टरपंथी हिन्दुत्वादियों के निशाने पर हैं, उनकी गिरफ्तारी की मांग होती हैं और ट्विटर पर अरेस्ट ज़ुबैर ट्रेंड कराया जाता है जबकि नूपुर शर्मा के खिलाफ अभी तक कोई ठोस कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी है
ट्वीट्स में व्यक्त विचार लोगों के निजी विचार हैं, तीसरी जंग हिंदी का इनसे कोई सरोकार नहीं है
