फ़िलस्तीन और इसराइल के बीच तनाव बहुत बढ़ गया है, वेस्ट बैंक के इलाके में इसराइल की सेना ने जेनिन के इलाके में पीछे तीन दिन पहले 9 फिलस्तीनी नौजवानों को शहीद कर दिया था, जिसके बदले में एक 21 साल के नौजवान ने राइफल से यहूदियों के एक सिनेगॉग्स पर पहुँच कर गोलियां चला दीं, इस हमले में 7 यहूदी मारे गए, एक अन्य घटना में वेस्ट बैंक के ही इलाके में एक 13 साल के बच्चे ने गोलियां चला कर दो यहूदियों को मार दिया, इन दो वारदातों में अब तक 9 यहूदी मारे जा चुके हैं जिसके बाद इसराइल के अंदर भय का माहौल है, इसराइल की हुकूमत ने अपने नागरिकों को हथियार उठाने की अपील की है, साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री नेतन्याहू ने अपने कैबनिट के साथ एमर्जेन्सी मीटिंग कर कहा है कि इस का जवाब बहुत सख्त दिया जायेगा
इसराइल ने अपने नागरिकों के लिए चेतावनी जारी करते हुए उनसे घरों में बंद रहने के लिए कहा है, अभी तक हिजबुल्लाह, हमास या अन्य किसी संगठन की तरफ से कोई प्रतक्रिया सामने नहीं आयी है
यरुशलम में 24 घंटे में दूसरी बार हमला, 13 साल के फिलिस्तीनी बच्चे ने बरसाई गोलियां, दो इजरायली घायल
यरुशलम: पूर्वी यरुशलम में शनिवार को एक 13 साल के फिलिस्तीनी किशोर हमलावर ने गोलीबारी की। इस हमले में कम से कम दो इजरायली नागरिक घायल हो गए। घायल हुए नागरिक पिता-पुत्र बताए जा रहे हैं। इससे एक दिन पहले ही एक उपासनास्थल के बाहर एक अन्य हमलावर ने सात लोगों को मार डाला था। वर्ष 2008 के बाद शहर में यह सबसे घातक हमला था। यह घटना ऐसे समय हुई है जब एक दिन बाद ही अमेरिका के विदेश मंत्री एंटनी ब्लिंकन क्षेत्र का दौरा करने वाले हैं।
13 साल का फिलिस्तीनी हमलावर गिरफ्तार
चिकित्सा अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पूर्वी यरूशलम के सिलवान इलाके में आज यह गोलीबारी हुई जिसमें 47 वर्षीय एक व्यक्ति और 23 वर्षीय उसका पुत्र घायल हो गया। उन्होंने बताया कि दोनों पूरी तरह होश में हैं और उनकी स्थिति थोड़ी गंभीर है। पुलिस ने कहा कि उसने जवाबी कार्रवाई कर 13 वर्षीय हमलावर पर काबू पाया और उसे घायल दशा में अस्पताल ले जाया गया। हमलावर की स्थिति के बारे में कुछ नहीं बताया गया है।
गाजा पर इजरायल ने की जबरदस्त बमबारी
इससे एक दिन पहले इजरायल ने रॉकेट हमलों के जवाब में गाजा पर रात भर बमबारी की थी। इजरायली लड़ाकू विमानों ने गाजा पट्टी में हमास की रॉकेट फैक्ट्री और ट्रेनिंग सेंटर को निशाना बनाया था। हमास ने वेस्ट बैंक के जेनिन शरणार्थी शिविर में इजरायली सेना के साथ हुए मुठभेड़ में 10 फिलिस्तीनी नागरिकों के मारे जाने के जवाब में रॉकेट दागे थे। जेनिन में मरने वालों में 10 फिलिस्तीनी हथियारबंद लड़ाके और तीन आम नागरिक थे।
अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री के दौरे पर पहले हिंसा
अगले हफ्ते अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री एंटनी ब्लिंकन इजरायल का दौरा करने वाले हैं। अमेरिका को इजरायल का करीबी माना जाता है। ऐसे में फिलिस्तीनी इस यात्रा से पहले पूरी दुनिया का ध्यान अपनी ओर खींचना चाहते हैं। इजरायल ने दावा किया था कि उसने इंटेलिजेंस इनपुट के बाद जेनिन कैंप पर छापेमारी की थी।

Security cabinet: terrorists’ family to lose residency, citizenship
Following the deadly Jerusalem synagogue attack, Israel’s security cabinet decided on stricter measures to prevent terrorism.
The security cabinet voted to strip family members of terrorists of residency and citizenship rights when it met late Saturday night in the aftermath of a deadly Palestinian shooting attack on a synagogue that claimed seven lives Friday night.
“Whoever tries to harm us – we will harm him, and those who assist him,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at the start of the meeting.
The decision to strip family members of terrorists of their residency and or citizenship rights would necessitate the passage of legislation, the text of which is scheduled for debate at Sunday’s government meeting.

Infiltration alert in Kedumim after shots were heard

A terrorist infiltration alert was given in the settlement of Kedumim in the northern West Bank on Saturday evening.
The IDF’s Homefront Command ordered residents in the area to stay indoors and await for further instructions
Security forces are carrying out scans for a second terrorist, after reports that shots were heard and an armed terrorist was neutralized by the settlement patrol.
No other injuries were reported.
