1. Hezbollah Attacks

Hezbollah launched numerous rocket and artillery attacks on Israeli military positions and civilian areas.

Targets included settlements in the Galilee region, Rosh Pina, Avivim military base, Ammunition Hill airbase, and northern Israeli cities.

Hezbollah claimed to have engaged Israeli forces in southern Lebanon, with IDF acknowledging at least eight soldiers killed.

2. Israeli Retaliation

Israel conducted airstrikes targeting Hezbollah infrastructure and weapons storage sites in Lebanon.

Strikes hit Nabatiyeh, Kfar Kila, Beirut, and southern Beirut suburbs, targeting suspected Hezbollah positions and weapons factories.

⚡️Hebrew media reveal details of deadly ambush in southern Lebanon:

Hezbollah fighters set up an ambush and lured the occupation soldiers into a building on the outskirts of a village in the eastern sector of southern Lebanon, coinciding with heavy fog.

At 4:00 a.m., a force from the Egoz unit entered the building, and the Radwan fighters engaged them from point-blank range. Then, dozens of Radwan fighters began to surround the building from all directions, firing gunfire, anti-tank shells, and mortar shells at the forces that arrived to evacuate the wounded soldiers.

– Some soldiers from Unit 669, which is responsible for evacuating soldiers via helicopters, were injured during the evacuation operations.

This ambush alone resulted in the killing of 6 soldiers and the wounding of 30 others.
