It is offering Wisconsin voters $100 to sign a petition against radical activist judges attempting to sabotage Trump’s presidency.

The PAC says this is about restoring voter power and stopping the courts from derailing Trump’s agenda.

🇺🇸ACTIVIST JUDGES BEWARE: SEN. MIKE LEE TARGETS INJUNCTION ABUSE

As Trump fights to enact the agenda Americans elected him to pursue, a cabal of activist judges has unleashed an unrelenting barrage of lawfare to stop him in his tracks.

Wielding dubious injunctions like weapons, these rogue judicial actors are hellbent on substituting their own partisan whims for the will of the people.

Senator Mike Lee has had enough of this mischief from the bench:

“I’ll be introducing a bill next week to require this type of request for injunctive relief to go before a three-judge district court, with a direct appeal to SCOTUS.

This kind of mischief would be far more difficult to carry out with that legislation in place.”

If successful, it would stop a single biased judge from derailing an entire administration with the stroke of a pen.

A trio of judges would bring scrutiny, deliberation, and a much-needed dose of impartiality to the table.

And with a fast-track to the Supreme Court, any abuse of power could be swiftly overturned.
