Bu akşam Milletin Evi’nde genç kardeşlerimi misafir etmekten, gençlerimizle iftar sofrasında bir araya gelmekten büyük memnuniyet duydum.

Soframızı bizimle paylaşan; coşkusu, enerjisi, ümidiyle bize güç ve ilham veren kıymetli öğrencilerimize yürekten teşekkür ediyorum.

Bilgisini erdemiyle taçlandıran gençlerimizin iyi yetişmesi, nitelikli bir eğitim alması; ailesine, milletine ve dünyaya faydalı işler yapması bizim en büyük muradımızdır.

İstiklal ve istikbalimizin teminatı, yarınlarımızın mimarı tüm gençlerimize, bütün evlatlarımıza selamlarımı, sevgilerimi, en derin muhabbetlerimi gönderiyorum.

Kalbi bu ülke için atan, ümidini bu millete bağlayan; tarihine, kimliğine, kültürüne, inanç ve değerlerine sıkı sıkıya sahip çıkan her bir evladımızın gözlerinden öpüyorum.

Rabb’im böylesi gençlerin yokluğunu bu millete hiçbir zaman yaşatmasın.

I was very pleased to host my young brothers and sisters at the Nation’s House this evening and to come together with our youth at the iftar table.

I would like to thank our valuable students who share our table with us and who give us strength and inspiration with their enthusiasm, energy and hope.

Our greatest wish is for our youth, who crown their knowledge with virtue, to be well-educated, to receive a quality education, and to do things that are beneficial to their families, nation, and the world.

I send my greetings, my love and my deepest affection to all our youth, to all our children, who are the guarantors of our independence and future, and the architects of our tomorrow.

I kiss the eyes of each of our children whose hearts beat for this country, who pin their hopes on this nation, and who firmly protect their history, identity, culture, beliefs and values.

May God never let this nation experience the absence of such young people.
