Discussions with mediators are ongoing to start the second phase of negotiations.

We have set three conditions for the negotiations: a prisoner exchange, a complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, and a commitment not to resume aggression.

We made it clear to the mediators that we reject extending the first phase of the ceasefire agreement.

We are ready to conduct a new prisoner exchange with new terms in the second phase of the agreement.

We have no problem meeting with representatives of the U.S. administration, as we understand they have the ability to pressure the occupation.
