WE CONDEMN THE RESUMPTION OF ISRAELI STRIKES ON GAZA

“I spoke with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and welcomed his initiative in Jeddah that started peace negotiations on Ukraine.

We condemn the resumption of Israeli strikes on Gaza. A ceasefire is essential for the release of hostages and protection of civilians.

France supports Saudi Arabia’s work with Arab partners on a post-war framework for Gaza.

We will work together to reopen a political horizon, starting with the two-state conference we will co-chair.

In Lebanon and Syria, we share the same goal: a sovereign Lebanon and a stable, united Syria in transition.”
