The campaign to shut down madrasas is a serious attack on the constitutional, religious freedom, and legal rights of Muslims. Madrasas are the lifeline of Muslims, and now there is a conspiracy to cut off this very lifeline. The recent campaign against madrasas under the pretext of being illegal is equivalent to contempt of the Supreme Court’s decision. Protecting madrasas is protecting the faith. We will continue our legal and democratic struggle for the protection of democracy, the supremacy of the Constitution, and the preservation of madrasas.

مدارس کو بند کرنے کی مہم مسلمانوں کے دستوری، مذہبی آزادی اور آئینی حقوق پر ایک سنگین حملہ ہے۔ مدارس مسلمانوں کی شہ رگ ہیں اب ہماری اسی شہ رگ کو کاٹ دینے کی سازش ہورہی ہے۔ غیر قانونی کہہ کر مدارس کے خلاف کاروائی کی تازہ مہم سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کی توہین کے مترادف ہے۔ مدارس کی حفاظت دین کی حفاظت ہے۔ ہم جمہوریت، آئین کی بالادستی اور مدارس کے تحفظ کے لئے قانونی اور جمہوری جدوجہد جاری رکھیں گے۔

मदरसों को बंद करने का अभियान मुसलमानों के संवैधानिक, धार्मिक आज़ादी और संवैधानिक अधिकारों पर एक गंभीर हमला है। मदरसे मुसलमानों की जीवन-रेखा हैं, अब हमारी इसी जीवन-रेखा को काट देने की साज़िश हो रही है। असंवैधानिक घोषित कर के मदरसों के खिलाफ़ कार्रवाई का नवीनतम अभियान सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले का अपमान है। मदरसों की सुरक्षा दीन की सुरक्षा है। हम लोकतांत्र, संविधान की सर्वाेच्चता और मदरसों की सुरक्षा के लिए क़ानूनी और लोकतांत्रिक संघर्ष जारी रखेंगे।
